Lucie is a Vancouver-based yoga teacher and the founder of Sun Bliss Yoga. Like many others, her introduction to yoga began with the physical practice of yoga, the asanas (poses). Yoga not only improved her balance, strength and flexibility but also taught her the tools to calm the mind. That's when she began studying and practicing the other limbs of yoga.
Fast forward five years and she continues to practice and share her passion and knowledge of yoga.
Lucie graduated from 200h Vinyasa & Hatha yoga teacher training in 2021. And in the beginning of this year she travelled to India to complete 300h in Bhakti Vinyasa & Yin yoga teacher training. She studied with great teachers like Kino MacGregor, Raghunath Cappo and Cindy Lunsford.
She would love everyone to experience the benefits of this ancient practice. When she is not on the mat, she can be found at the beach, rock climbing or hiking in the mountains. She loves to connect with nature, travel the world and study yoga and Ayurveda.
