Our Story

We’re Lucie and Tomas — partners in life, yoga, and adventure. Originally from Europe, we met in Vancouver, Canada, where our shared love for nature, travel, and yoga brought us together. Over the years, we’ve embraced yoga not just as a practice but as a way of living — one that connects body, mind, and spirit with the natural world around us.

Together, we guide retreats and classes designed to help others reconnect with themselves and with nature. Through Sun Bliss Yoga, we aim to create experiences that inspire inner balance, self-discovery, and connection — both on and off the mat.


About Lucie

Lucie Prazska is the heart behind Sun Bliss Yoga, based in the serene landscapes of Vancouver, Canada. She specializes in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga—guiding individuals on transformative journeys that go beyond the physical practice to cultivate inner peace, strength, and clarity of mind.

After completing her 200-hour Vinyasa & Hatha teacher training in Colombia in 2021, Lucie deepened her studies in India through a 300-hour Bhakti Vinyasa & Yin yoga training with teachers Raghunath Cappo and Cindy Lunsford. She has also studied with Kino MacGregor, whose teachings continue to inspire her personal practice.

Lucie is a certified Reiki practitioner, weaving healing energy into her private classes and retreats. She believes that the combination of yoga and Reiki nurtures both body and spirit—bringing balance, awareness, and vitality to each student’s journey.

Deeply inspired by Bhakti yoga, Lucie loves attending kirtans and has found great joy and connection in the practice of chanting. When she’s not on the mat, she enjoys exploring nature—walking along the beach, hiking mountain trails, or enjoying quiet moments by the water.


About Tomas

Tomas has been practicing the eight limbs of yoga for over a decade. He believes that yoga and meditation are essential parts of daily life, helping to cultivate balance—in both body and mind—and deepen inner awareness.

On our retreats, Tomas leads meditation sessions and shares insights into yogic philosophy, helping participants connect to the deeper wisdom of the practice. His calm, grounded presence encourages mindfulness, reflection, and inner clarity.

Tomas’ curiosity for Ayurveda comes alive in the kitchen, where he creates wholesome, flavorful meals that nourish both body and spirit. He is also the creative eye behind much of Sun Bliss Yoga’s photography, capturing the beauty of our retreats, surroundings, and moments of connection.

A devoted outdoor enthusiast and adventurer, Tomas finds inspiration in nature and believes that reconnecting with it is essential for living a happy and balanced life. He invites retreat participants to explore, move, and reconnect with themselves and the world around them—fostering joy, presence, and a vibrant sense of well-being.
