Payment
To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit must be received by Sun Bliss Yoga. Remaining balance is due at least 2 months prior to the retreat start date to attend. Payments can be made via:

Wise: Use Wise for international transfers, contact us for the account information
PayPal: To info@sunblissyoga.com
Cash: In person, if applicable.
Through our Website Store: You can securely pay your deposit or full balance directly on our website at www.sunblissyoga.com under the Store section.
Once Sun Bliss Yoga emails you confirmation upon receipt of the deposit, a contract is formed between us, and we are bound by these terms.
Participants will receive a reminder email one week prior to the due date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and fill your spot. We will make every effort to avoid this situation by contacting you prior to and on the day of the balance due date.
Cancellations & Changes
We get that things happen & you may need to cancel your retreat.
1. Full Refund: You can cancel your retreat place 6 months or more before the retreat start date and receive a full refund, including your deposit.
2. Deposit Non-Refundable: If you cancel your retreat place between 6 - 1 month before the retreat start date, your deposit will not be refunded.
3. No Refund: If you cancel your retreat place less than 1 month before the retreat start date, you will not be refunded for the entire retreat payment.
4. Changes during Retreat. No refunds will be given for non-participation in retreat activities, whether due to illness, injury or any other reason. This does not mean that you must participate in each activity, but there is no reduction in fees should you fail to attend. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving the retreat early.
5. Cancellation by Sun Bliss Yoga may be necessary in exceptional circumstances and we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to cancel any retreat. In this event you will be given full refund of all payments to date. Sun Bliss Yoga shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense and shall not be obliged to make any refund, in the event of change or cancellation caused by force majeure circumstances including (without limitation) war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, strikes or other industrial action, natural disasters, fire, technical problems with transportation, airport closures, quarantine, epidemics, adverse weather conditions, government action or other events beyond the control of Sun Bliss Yoga.
Liability Disclaimer
Sun Bliss Yoga cannot accept liability for losses or inconvenience arising from disruptions to local services such as Wi-Fi, electricity, and water supplies caused by circumstances beyond our control. By participating in this retreat, you agree to release Sun Bliss Yoga and its instructors from all liability arising from any activities included in the retreat package and those during free time.
Physical training release of liability
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in the yoga retreat, including yoga practices, ocean activities, and hiking, involves significant risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:
Falls that may lead to serious injury or death
Injury due to negligence on my part, my training partner's part, or the actions of others
Injury due to improper use or failure of equipment
Strains and sprains
Risks associated with terrain, ocean conditions, weather, and actions of others
I willingly assume full responsibility for these risks and any injury or death that may result from my participation, volunteering, or observing any activities during the retreat. I confirm that I have no physical impairments, injuries, or illnesses that may endanger myself or others.
I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and have assumed all associated risks. In consideration of my participation, I hereby release Sun Bliss Yoga, its principals, instructors, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands related to my participation, including those attributed to their negligence. This agreement shall bind my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, and transferees.
Indemnification
I accept financial responsibility for any injury I may cause to myself or others due to my negligence. If any of the released parties incur attorney fees or costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to reimburse them. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sun Bliss Yoga and its affiliates from any liability for injury or death of any person and damage to property resulting from my actions during the retreat.
Travel Insurance:
I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for obtaining my own travel insurance to cover medical, health, and travel-related expenses for the duration of the retreat. I understand that Sun Bliss Yoga and its staff are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to illness, injury, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Media – permission for capture and use
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that "media" refers to photography, video, written or verbal testimonials, or any other form of capturing my likeness. I grant Sun Bliss Yoga (referred to as "The Host") the absolute right and permission concerning any media captured of me during the retreat, including media in which I may be included with others.
I authorize The Host to use, reuse, publish, and republish this media in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, across any and all publishing platforms now or hereafter known, including the Internet, for any purpose whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without any restriction as to alteration. The Host may also use my name in connection with any such use if they choose.
I release and discharge The Host from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of this media, including, without limitation, any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of The Host's heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns, as well as the individuals for whom the media was captured.
Release and waiver of liability
I agree that I, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives will not make any claims or sue Sun Bliss Yoga, its employees, agents, or volunteers for injury or damage resulting from my participation in the retreat. I hereby release them from all claims, demands, or actions for injury, damage, or death related to my participation.
I confirm that I am medically, physically, and emotionally fit to participate in the retreat. I take full responsibility for my well-being and will adhere to the safety instructions provided by Sun Bliss Yoga. I understand that the activities offered are not a substitute for medical care and that Sun Bliss Yoga is not qualified to provide medical treatment. If I experience discomfort during the retreat, I will modify activities to suit my individual needs and will not hold Sun Bliss Yoga responsible.
By agreeing to these terms, I release and discharge my rights to claim damages or liabilities that may arise from my participation in the retreat.
